The petitioner herein is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.207 of 2015, on the file of the Family Court, Erode, for restitution of conjugal rights. Now, the petitioner has filed the present transfer petition to transfer H.M.O.P.No.207 of 2015, to any other competent Court in Coimbatore.

As it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent that the case, viz., H.M.O.P.No.207 of 2015, may be transferred to the Family Court, Tiruppur, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, by directing the Family Court, Erode, to transfer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petition in H.M.O.P.No.207 of 2015,, pending on its file to the Family Court, Tiruppur. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
