This petition has been filed for grant of probate for the will dated 13.09.2006 executed by one Mrs.P.Sundari Bai who died on 19.02.2016.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.Her husband B.Pratap Singh predeceased her on 10.09.2013. The petitioner has been appointed as executor of the will. The respondent is a legatee. It is not shown that the testator left behind any other legal heirs.
