The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.6149 of 2016 was dismissed on 27.08.2019. Against which the appeal suit in A.S.No.276 of 2019 was filed and the same was also dismissed on 02.12.2020. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petiiton. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
