2. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct first and second respondents to pay the balance payment of Van

hire charges of Rs.10,36,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Thirty Six Thousand Only) as agreed in the oral agreement due to the petitioner.

3. This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and respondents, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.12.2021 and 27.01.2022, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
