This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9196 of in Crl.O.P.No.11246 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet is filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and investigation is completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
