This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to process the petitioners' representation for patta dated 22.03.2022 & 28.03.2022 and grant patta for the petitioners' plots, without insisting no-objection from the 2nd respondent, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioners' representation for issuance of patta has been considered and Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioners and other family members. The learned counsel for the petitioners also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
