This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail pending trial in C.C No. 168 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial magistrate - V, Salem.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.07.2022, the petitioner has committed theft of Rs.5,00,000/- from the City Photo Stores at Salem. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the trial Court Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
