This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2015.

2. The petitioner is a senior citizen, social worker and has filed numerous Public Interest Litigations. It is the case of the petitioner that on 07.09.2015, he found about 370 unauthorised banners at Radhakrishnan Salai and Kamarajar Salai. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 07.09.2015 before the respondent police to take action. Since, no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, he has filed this petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2015, CSR.No.302 of 2015 has been assigned by the respondent police.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to enquire into the matter and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
