O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.09.2015.

2. The petitioner is the Power Agent of Mr.Dhanasekar. It is the case of the petitioner that by virtue of the Power of Attorney, he is in absolute possession of the land in survey No.141/5, measuring about 401⁄2 cents. While so, one Ramalingam, his brother Ezhumalai sons of Varadaraja Gounder created a forged document and tried to encroach the above said property. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against them on 23.09.2015. Though more than one month has lapsed, no action has been taken on the said complaint by the petitioner. Hence, the petition has been filed.

3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint along with a copy of this order to the 4th respondent, within one week from the date of receipt of this order and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to enquire into the matter proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.
