(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.R.Pushpalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 6.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that notice under Form-I has been issued on 12.05.2023 by the Tahsildar to the Block Development Officer to remove the encroachers in S.No.6/2, Thanaganandhal Village. Further steps in accordance with law would be undertaken expeditiously.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
