ORDER
The petitioner is the wife of the deceased N.Mohan. According to the petitioner, two children were born out of their wet lock. However, the legal heir certificate was issued in the name of first son viz., Ranjithkumar and the name of the second son viz, Vasanthkumar has not been included, who was born after the death of her husband, as the petitioner was in the family way at the relevant point of time and as such a representation was made on 15.05.2015 in this regard. As no order has been passed in the above said representation, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to furnish a copy of the said representation dated 15.05.2015 along with a copy of this order to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the same, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
