Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 4th respondent Thhsildhar in respect of his proceeding in Na.Ka.1502/2018/A1 dated 11.04.2019 and 24.04.2019 and quash the same with a consequential direction to the respondents herein to permit the petitioner in his capacity as the head of Periya Thanakarar Family to conduct Arulmighu Kamaktchi Amman Thirukozhil Thiruvizha, Karukkupalayam, Arulmighu Kamaktchi Amman Thirukozhil, 16 Velambalayam Village, Karukkupalayam, Tirupur District by following the traditions of the time immemorial.
