This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.16897 of 2012 dated 31.08.2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16897 of 2012 dated 31.08.2017 has been complied with.

3. Learned Government Advocate has also submitted the copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.3141/AA5/2008 dated 09.12.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same.

4. Recording the submissions of both counsel, this contempt petition is closed.
