(CR.NO.163/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditin imposed by this Hon'ble Court to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further order dated 05.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.NBo.4549 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.201 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SRINIVASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4549 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.201 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
