3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the issues raised. If at all any other grievance exists for the petitioners, it is left open to them to approach the competent authorities for redressal of the same.

4.With these observations, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
