Crl.M.P.No.7363 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28229 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28229 of 2023 dated 04.01.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice every month i.e. 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
