Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2017 and cancel the sale deed dated 22.04.2008 bearing document No.3714 of 2008 on the file of the SRO, Pammal, the 3rd respondent herein with respect to the property namely house, ground and premises bearing Plot Nos.13 and 14, Narasimhan Nagar, Pozhichalur, Chennai-600 074 measuring an extent of 4200 sq.feet situated within the Sub Registration District of Pammal and Registration District of South Chennai.
