ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful and deliberate violation in complying with the order in W.P.No.2033 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023.

2.When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 produced the letter dated 29.05.2023 of the 5th respondent addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvannamalai. It is seen that the petitioner has joined duty from 29.05.2023 onwards. The salary and other dues that are payable to the petitioner shall be paid by four weeks.
