This writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2024 and direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders to the second respondent to conduct survey in the petitioner's land bearing survey Nos.1374/20, 1374/21, 1374/23, Old Natham Patta No.121 and as per new Natham Patta vide Patta Nos.1379, 1374 & 1326 situated at Denkanikottai Village, Krishnagiri District.
2. Heard Mr.T.Elumalai, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 will be considered and survey will be conducted by following due process of law. 4. Taking into consideration the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties and a final decision shall be taken within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
