This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.07.2015.

2. It is seen that this petitioner was granted divorce by the learned Sub Judge, Arakkonam on 24.04.2015. The petitioner lodged a complaint against her husband Gopal, with respect to the return of sridhana articles. Since, FIR was not registered, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had submitted a letter dated 30.07.2015 requesting the respondent police not to proceed further on her complaint.
