ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to add petitioners name in Patta No. 50 for the land in S.No.1/1, 1/2, 6, Sorakayalapattu Village, Krishnagiri District in lieu of petitioners deceased father Nagalappa Naidu and to remove the other persons name in patta No.50 based on the representation dated 03.04.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner the petitioner's father is the absolute owner of the property, however, during the UDR scheme, the private respondents name have been included. In this regard, he has made a representation to the respondents on 03.04.2023, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
