O R D E R

This Original Petition has been filed, challenging the award dated 06.03.2019 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

2. Today, the petitioner and the respondent are present in Court. They have filed Joint Memo of Compromise.

3. Though the award was passed for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, the parties have entered into a Joint Memo of Compromise to settle the matter amicably between them and a sum of Rs.3,47,168/- has agreed between the parties in full quit by way of Demand Draft.

4. The said Joint Memo of Compromise dated 04.07.2019 shall form part and parcel of the award.

5. Accordingly, this Original Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties. Consequently, connected Application is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
