(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3121 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1847 of 2020 order dated 10.03.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
