ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority as against the impugned order of assessment dated 29.10.2014.

3. Considering the said request, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Appellate Authority. Taking note of the fact that the writ petition has been pending before this Court, this Court is inclined to grant 30 days' time, to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such option is exercised, the Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal on merits and dispose it of in accordance with law without reference to the question of limitation. No costs.
