(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed seeking orders on the respondents to stop any liquor shop being opened at Iyyappanthangal Village-Thelliyar Agaram Joint Road in S.F.No.83/2.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent, Mr.P.Arumugarajan, submits that there is no proposal to open any TASMAC shop in the location specified in the petition.
