O.A.No.394 of 2023 is filed seeking to restrain the respondent from removing the minor daughter E.Kaarunya from the address mentioned in the cause title being Bella Vista, Tower T6, 3rd Floor, Flat No.3043, Mount Poonamalle Road, Iyyapanthangal, Chennai 600 056 until further orders from this Court.

A.No.2561 of 2023 is filed seeking to grant the minor daughter to take part in all the petitioners family functions and ceremonies in the city and his native village until further orders from this Court.

A.No.2560 of 2023 is filed seeking to grant interim visitation rights to the petitioner to visit the minor child E.Kaarunya 4 times a week until further orders from this Court.
