This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to CBCID or some other independent investigating agency pertaining to the CSR No.302 of 2019 dated 07.03.2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation to CBCID or some other independent investigating agency pertaining to the CSR No.302 of 2019 dated 07.03.2019 pending on the file of the second respondent herein.
