After some arguments, Mr.D.Senthil Kumaar, learned counsel on record for petitioners sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Arbitration Original Petition' [hereinafter 'Arb OP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] but made a plea to preserve the rights of the petitioners to come up with another petition with similar/same prayer as according to learned counsel a reply dated 11.06.2022 has been received from respondents post presentation of the captioned Arb OP.

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned Arb OP is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit preserving all the rights of the petitioners to present another petition with same/similar prayer in this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
