..Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.32/2018 A-1 dated 08.03.2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to conduct fresh tender by following the procedures laid in the tender notification.

This writ petition has been filed, challenging the tender cum auction notice, issued by the respondent, dated 08.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused materials available on record.

3. It is represented that a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.5491 of 2018, etc., challenging the same notification was dismissed by this Court, on 13.03.2018.
