This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 7/3/2022 to de-freeze Document No.1108/2010 bearing Survey No.118/5 A, 118/5 B and 118/5 C at Keerapalayam Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2.Heard Mr.A. Syed Musthaba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public

Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the subject document is not connected with Crime No.3 of 2014 registered against the petitioner's brother, for the offences punishable under Sections 409 465, 468, 471, 477 (A)and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

4.In such a view of the matter, no further direction is required. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the Investigation Officer to issue necessary instructions to the Sub-Registrar Office, to delete the entries, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
