2. This has also been confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In this regard, learned counsel sought liberty before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission so made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this contempt petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to collect the receipt of the Fixed Deposits (3 in numbers) from the Registrar (General), High Court, Madras, within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
