Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every English calendar month imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3074 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2395 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 and pass such further and other order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ELANGOVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3074 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2395 of 2022 on 10.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
