O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the aforesaid Original Petition to set aside the Arbitration Award, dated 09.11.2016

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/Finance Company that the entire issue has been settled and that the first respondent/Finance Company has no claim against the petitioner herein, insofar as the present issue is concerned.

3. In view of the fact that there is no claim against the petitioner in the Original Petition, the relief sought in Application No.6850 of 2016, to raise the attachment order dated 01.09.2016 passed in Application No.3234 of 2015, is allowed.

4. Recording the above, this Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
