This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.565 of 2023 in Crime No.181 of 2023 directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi on the first working date of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
