The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.27 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that in Crime No.27 of 2015, by completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur.
3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.27 of 2015, the prayer made in the present petition has become https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
infructuous. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
