ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is for condoning the delay of 14 days.

2. Shri Vaibhav accepts notice on behalf of respondents and, at the outset, submits that the appeal itself is not maintainable.

3. Since what is before us is only an application for condoning delay, for reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, keeping open the rights and contentions of respondents, including on the issue of maintainability, the delay is condoned.

4. Application is disposed of.
