Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to make arrangements for measuring the property and boundaries of petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.296/3, Block No.16 situate at Ward No.3, South Street, Ethiraj Nagar', Ariyalur, Ariyalur Taluk and District admeasuring 00046 sq.mts. and the same is being bounded on the north by land belonging to Mrs.Rajalakshmi South by Pathway, East by house belonged to Mrs.Mariyammal and West by house belonged to Mrs.Lakshmi.

Seeking measurement of the property situated in Survey No.296/3, Block No.16 situated at Ward No.3, South Street, Ethiraj Nagar', Ariyalur, Ariyalur Taluk and District, the petitioner made an application enclosing the requisite fees. The petitioner has also enclosed the allotment order and patta along with the application. Since the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 02.09.2013, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
