A.No.2566 of 2023 in O.P.No.166 of 2022 Application No.2566 of 2023 in O.P.No.166 of 2022 K.KUMARESH BABU.J This application has been filed seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to examine the attesting witness Mr.Victor Devadoss, presently residing in Trichy. The reason that had been given by the learned counsel for the applicants is that the witness is aged about 85 years and difficult for him to travel to Chennai to depose the evidence. This Court also takes the present scenario where the resurgence of Covid pandemic is happening. Hence, the application is ordered as prayed for.

2. This Court appoints Mr.D.Sekhar, Advocate, Office: C-1, New No.104, Old No.71, K.R..Koil Street, West Mambalam, Chennai, Cell No: 9952020095, 7092150095, to examine the said Mr.Victor Devadoss as P.W.2.

3. The learned Adocate Commissioner shall issue notice to the learned Counsel for the applicants as well as to the witness.

4. The applicants shall arrange and bear the expenses relating to the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A.No.2566 of 2023 in O.P.No.166 of 2022 travel, stay for the Advocate Commissioner.
