The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's petitions dated 09.07.2020 and 08.07.2020 and to give police protection to the petitioner life and limb. 2.Without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaints submitted by the petitioner dated 08.07.2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.07.2020, after issuing notice to the 4th respondent herein and also give due opportunities to both the parties, shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
