2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Application that the Respondent/Defendant is evading to receive Summons, this Application is ordered to the following effect:

"In order to serve the Respondent, the Applicant herein is permitted to effect Paper Publication in any one of the widely circulated Tamil/English Daily in Chennai, mentioning the date of hearing of this matter as 17.06.2019.

Paper Publication shall be effected on or before 06.06.2019 and Proof of Service shall be filed into the Registry on or before 12.06.2019."
