Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action against the fourth respondent school for demanding the 25% of school fees for the academic year 20202021 and 15% of school fees for the academic year 2021-2022 waived by this Hon'ble Court, from the children of the petitioners and further to direct the fourth respondent to accept school fees for the academic year 2022-2023 and to issue
books and stationeries to the children of the petitioners without insisting for the waived school fees and previous years book fees.

ORDER
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first and fourth petitioners have already paid their concessional fees and they have also obtained books from the fourth respondent/School and therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been achieved by them. The learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that insofar as the second and third petitioners are concerned, they will be paying the concessional fees during the course of next week.
2. Mr.Madan Babu, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent fairly submits that once the concessional fees as stipulated by the Government is paid by the second and third petitioners, books will also be distributed to them.
3. After recording the submissions of the respective counsels and in terms of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
