Petitioner has filed this petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.493 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Though the affidavit in support of the transfer petition besides pleading the difficulties of the petitioner/wife in the conduct of proceedings at the Court where the case presently is pending also informs misgivings about the petitioner having been set ex parte, this Court, even while finding such contention unfounded, taking into consideration the convenience of the petitioner/wife, would direct transfer of H.M.O.P.No.493 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram. Considering the position that the case is long pending which also has been occasioned by pendency of the matter before the Lok Adalat, this Court directs the Sub Court, Kancheepuram, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.493 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
