Ponnammal v. T.M.Kandhaswamy

CMP.Nos.9944 to 9946 of 2023 in AS.No.101 of 2012 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and P.B.BALAJI, J., These applications are filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant, set aside the abatement and bring on record the legal representatives of the first appellant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing these applications.

3. The relationship is not in dispute. We are also convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay. Hence, these petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
