Claiming that the petitioner's wife was under the unlawful custody of the 3rd respondent, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.Pending Habeas Corpus Petition, we had referred both parties to Mediation, and by the report dated 03.06.2025, both parties have amicably resolved all disputes and differences among themselves and have averred that they have reconciled and are living together now. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no effective orders can be passed to the prayer sought for in the above petition.
