The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that both the petitioner and respondent have entered into a compromise before the Mediation held at Tamil Nadu Mediation & Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras and agreement was entered into between the parties. The Mediation Centre has forwarded a report dated 09.01.2017 enclosing the Mediation Agreement entered into between the parties.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The said Mediation Agreement shall form part of the order. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.06.2017 To The Family Judge, Trichy.
