O R D E R Mr. C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote only Secondary Grade Teachers (Tamil) in the Tamil Medium Panchayat Union Primary Schools at Pallipattu Union, Tiruttani Education District, Tiruttani, Thiruvallur District, by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 05.03.2021.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 05.03.2021.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation or the case pleaded before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.03.2021, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
