DR.T.Seenivasan,SGP Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to construct the sewerage canal in the 3-feet wide alley situated at Gandhi Road, 1st Street, Tiruttani.

2.According to the petitioner, if the sewerage canal is constructed, the petitioner and other residents in the area will not have any access to reach their respective properties. The petitioner had given representations on 15.09.2025 and 27.12.2025 to the respondent requesting them not to construct the sewerage canal. Since the representations were not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 15.09.2025 and 27.12.2025 requesting the

respondents not to construct the sewerage canal in the 3-feet wide alley situated at Gandhi Road, 1st Street, Tiruttani, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs.
