ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 75, 78, 11(2), 11(4) read with section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 67(B)(a) of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.2 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks

anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested.

3. The said factum is also confirmed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
