Will Of Mr.Sreeman Pallavoor v.

O.P.No.966 of 2016 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This petition has been filed for grant of letters of administration of the Will of the deceased Sreeman Pallavoor Anantha Rama Iyer Viswanathan. It is reported as early as on 27.10.2022 that the petitioner died and no steps has been taken to implead the legal representatives of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they have to obtain legal heir certificate and hence, sought time.

2. This Original Petition is pending from the year 2016. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for default and the petitioner can restore the petition after obtaining legal heir certificate.
