O R D E R

The respondent initiated proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2015 for divorce before the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore. The petitioner who is shown as the respondent in the said proceedings has come up with the present petition for transfer.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2015 from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore to the Family Court at Pondicherry.

3.The petitioner is a resident of Pondicherry. The respondent is also a resident of Pondicherry. The proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2015 is pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore. It would be in the interest of both parties to transfer the proceedings from Cuddalore to Pondicherry.

4.In the result, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore and is transferred to the file of the Family Court at Pondicherry.

5.The transfer petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
